>Nephronet's experience stems from the NEFROIATRIKI group, which has been active in the field of dialysis since the early 2000s. Nephronet, equipped with scientific training and excellent knowledge of the needs of kidney patients, began its activity in 2020 in the trade of medical products in the field of dialysis.

Nephronet's approach is based on two fundamental pillars. On the one hand, the best possible provision of services and high-quality products aimed at facilitating the lives of patients, and on the other hand, a fervent and impeccable cooperation with the staff of Hospitals in the Public and Private sector.

The main objective of the Company's Quality Management System is to create a basis for the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of its processes, always having in mind the constant satisfaction of the needs and expectations of its customers to the maximum extent.

To implement the above, the Management supports and continuously applies the basic principles and rules governing the Company's Quality Management System, establishing objective quality objectives based on the unreserved and constructive cooperation of both its employees and its partners.

The basic principles as expressed within the processes of the Company's Quality System are:

  • Compliance with the legislative and regulatory framework governing the operation of the Company. Emphasis is given to the management of patient personal data which the Company may keep. Compliance with predefined customer requirements as agreed through written contracts/agreements with the aim of increasing their satisfaction.
  • Compliance with the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO 13485:2016 standards.
  • Continuous support of the customer after the sale and constructive cooperation with all suppliers.
  • Continuous training and education of the staff.
  • Investigation of the causes of non-conformities or complaints and further determination of corrective actions.

The principles of the system and the objective quality objectives are reviewed at regular intervals by the Company's Management in order to adapt to the new needs and developments in the business world, legislative requirements, and the achievement of the goal of continuous improvement of the Company's operations.

Through continuous reviews of the above, the Management is in continuous search for the identification of both human and technical needs. Management is committed to providing the necessary resources to meet these needs, as they arise and are shaped by the existing situations, to the maximum of its capabilities.

All departments of the Company have the responsibility to respond, assimilate and implement the processes required by the Quality System through their daily activities.

Also, it is the responsibility of the Company's Management to ensure that the Quality Policy is communicated, understood, and applicable by the entire human resources of the Company, with the ultimate goal of continuous, stable growth of the company's business activity with unwavering commitment to its principles and the continuous offering to its customers of products and services of excellent quality.
